LeBlanc Laboratories, Inc. is proud to be a Gold level Certified Microchip Consultant. We have created innovative and effective designs based on all PIC microcontrollers including the SAM ARM, dsPIC33/30, PIC24, PIC18, PIC16, and PIC12 families of Microchip microcontrollers.

Designs have utilized advanced PIC peripherals such as USB, A/D converters, PPS, CRC, LCD, SPI, I2C, UART, parallel, Power Supply and Motor Control PWM, Capture/Compare modules, BOR, LVD, WDT, self-programmable FLASH, Timers, Analog, and much more.

We have implemented may functions such as fine speed control of small motors, PID loops, Complex PWM waveform generation, voltage, current, frequency, temperature measurement, sensor interfaces, strain gauge interfaces, SPI/I2C interfaces, RS-232 communication, EEPROM storage of configuration and calibration data, Real Time Clocks, LCD and LED display drivers, serial DataFlash interfaces, opto-isolated I/O, audible alarms, pushbutton interfaces, rotary encoders, control logic, and much more.

Firmware has been developed using many C-Compilers supplemented with Assembler when appropriate. Operating systems are often custom developed bare-metal or utilize RTOS such as FreeRTOS or custom developed cooperative multi-tasking kernels and state machines.
